(j3.2006) Questions about F08/0080 in N1949

Am I missing something, or misunderstanding something, or does the
answer to Q1 in F08/0080 in N1949 admit arrays in which the elements
have different dynamic types?

I thought we decided not to allow that during development of the
requirements for polymorphism.

Also, the "HISTORY" line (and the ones for F08/0079 and F08/0081 and
F08/0082) say "F03" instead of "F08".
