Well, that's "easily accessible" for me - enough.
I only need the C standard for the Interop work and to lecture my
colleagues in Numerical Weather Forecasting to use C "as little as
possible".
I still feel the blow from the <unnamed 64 bit HPC vendor> who pointed
out that, in the *one* C routine that we needed to read in all data
necessary for Weather Forecasting, I forgot to #include <stdlib.h>, so
that their malloc returned a 32 bit integer (or at least, appeared to,
to the compiler) instead of a 64 bit address - Oh, the humility.
