(j3.2006) TS 29113: INTENT(out) and TYPE(*)

Dear all,

I think the edit is needed to C407a. INTENT(OUT) involves a sort of 
assignment and allowing it for a TYPE(*) dummy argument is inconsistent 
with C407b.
