Hi,

I've put the Code Signing new work proposal
in the INCITS folder in the members area on the server.

N4698_NWIP_Programming langs, their env and sys software interfaces--Code signing for source code-1

The idea is for software to be signed
so adulteration is difficult.  INCITS is making PL22
revote the issue, the hard way (7 questions, assume the position).
(It passed UC in a recent phone meeting.)

Please advise of comments or concerns before Feb 2.
I intend to vote YES on the lot unless someone tells me
to vote otherwise.
