(j3.2006) Incomplete Archives for Meetings 195

Hi,

Upon further review, I copied the 11-228 to 11-227,
and updated the paper195 accordingly.  The minutes list
11-227 as the minutes (way at the bottom of the WG5
section of the minutes).

You may now read the minutes in stereo.  :-)

I also copied the TR to 195 as well (since we usually
keep a copy in both meetings anyway).
