(j3.2006) Incomplete Archives for Meetings 195

Hi,

I remade the tar ball for 195.

It appears the minutes for 195 were filed twice,
with number 11-227 and with 11-228.  The later
is the existing minutes.  I can find no mention
of "11-227" in the minutes for 195 or 196.

I will update the paper196 to indicate that 227
was issued in error.  Please advise of any blunders.

Individual papers can, as always, be downloaded
from either the meeting folder or the year folder.
