They want this guarantee for the February meeting.  They're quoting 
beverage service as "Freshly brewed regular and Decaf coffee, Herbal 
teas or Assorted Sodas, $4.95 per person per day."  They also say food 
and beverage service is subject to a 20% gratuity charge and 8.1% sales 
tax.  That comes to $6.34 per person per day.  For ten people for five 
days, that's "only" $317.05, so I don't know where she gets $396.  
Anyway, I think $317.05 is still too much.
