Here is the first draft of the Fortran annex to the TR 24772, Guidance 
to Avoiding Vulnerabilities in Programming Languages through Language
Selection and Use. I expect this to be the base document that we use in 
Markham.

It was prepared by the Vulnerabilities email group and edited by Dan.

I will put it on the server soon (with the result of the latest TS ballot).
