(j3.2006) (SC22WG5.4538) Result of PDTS ballot

WG5,

I have received the result of the PDTS ballot from BSI. The result is

12 Approval as presented
  1 Approval with comments (Germany)
  1 Disapproval (UK)
  5 Abstentions

I assume that this means it has passed, but this is not stated (I will 
check with the SC22 secretary). I have made three WG5 documents from this:

1880 Result of PDTS 29113 vote
1881 Comments from United Kingdom (BSI) on ISO/IEC PDTS 29113
1882 Comments from Germany (DIN) on ISO/IEC PDTS 29113

The UK comments came in a WORD document, which I have converted to PDF, 
but I think we need to use the original for responses.

The German comments also came in a WORD document, but it has not used 
the columns properly. I have made it into a text document. Reinhold, 
please will you check that it is OK? I think we should use the text 
version for our reply.
