Yes, you are right about the suspension of meeting fee.  The vote happened on Monday.  I was looking for it on Friday and didn't see it.  I will amend the minutes into an 11-263.

I'll also fix the /EDIT head.

Given these papers for /EDIT

      /EDIT: 11-231r1, 237

then the /EDIT subgroup should be

    /EDIT: Bill Long

   (as opposed to   /EDIT: Van Snyder).

Later:

    There will be a $50 meeting fee at the next meeting m197.

I thought we decided to not have a meeting fee in February. (My notes 
say:    Move: suspend the fee for m197 and m198.  Passed uc.)
