(j3.2006) Question about GB11

OK. Thanks for the confirmation. I had already written a paper for this, 
but was waiting to send it in.  I'll send mind since it is not correct 
that the version member is updated.  In fact, it is never updated by any 
of the functions after the descriptor is created.
