(j3.2006) Question about GB11

Comment GB11 references the "dv"  paragraph of 5.3.5.4 (CFI_deallocate), 
and comments that  "the C descriptor is updated" is too vague.   That 
phrase does not appear in the dv paragraph.   Was the intention to refer 
to that phrase in the paragraph just before the "Result Value." ?  [That 
seems to be the place that makes the most sense.]
