Comment 2 in the German ballot addresses missing edits for the 
interaction of assumed-rank and CONTIGUOUS.  This overlaps with comments 
GB37, GB38, and GB39 in the UK ballot.  Is someone (Data subgroup fodder 
here) willing to write a paper to cover this collection of comments?
