Here is the provisional result of the letter ballot on N1885 and N1886. Please 
let me know within a couple of days if you see any errors.

Clearly, the current draft TR is not ready yet for forwarding. My suggestion is 
that the interop. email group discuss what further edits are needed and if they 
reach consensus on a revised draft, this is subject to a short WG ballot (two 
weeks?). Is this acceptable?

No-one has commented on the response document, N1886. I take this to mean that 
it is acceptable as it is.
