(j3.2006) server (might be) back

Hi,

The server has new hardware, and was configured by one
of the sysadmins at GMU to fit the new MAC into the network
with the old IP in place of the flakey ol' Dell.

Thanks to Rich for reconfiguring the web site and the lists.

If you tried to post to one of the lists in the last few days,
try again.

The server went down due to some side-effect of heavy rain
in Fairfax a couple of days ago.  I hope the new hw won't be
so sensitive.
