(j3.2006) TR draft papers for meeting 194

Hi,

I've put 11-154.pdf and 11-153r1.txt in the Post folder on the J3 
server. These should complete papers from me for Meeting 194.

11-154.pdf is the updated TR draft.  Many thanks to John Reid for 
proofreading this and making helpful comments.  This is essentially the 
same as WG5 paper N1845 that will be posted soon at the WG5 server.

11-153r1.txt describes the changes between N1838.pdf and 
11-154.pdf/N1845.pdf.   In addition to the usual typographical fixes, I 
also fixed "obvious" problems with some of the papers, such as the use 
of macro or function names that had been made obsolete by changes from a 
different paper.  These are explained in 11-153r1.

There will be a WG5 review of N1845 shortly.  Please make comments on 
issues you find in 11-154 as part of that review.
