Bill considered all the comments that were submitted in the 1-week 
ballot and constructed a new version, N1869. This is attached, together 
with a draft paper containing all the ballots, N1870-2. Bill will 
construct a paper detailing the changes he made. I decided that 
consensus had been reached and sent N1869 in. The PDTR ballot has 
started and terminates on 20 September.

Please will you check that your ballot has been faithfully copied to 
N1870-2?
