(j3.2006) IR F08/0048: element of array coarray as actual argument

Hello,

I would like to know the status of IR F08/0048. The IR is about passing 
an element of an array coarray to an array-coarray dummy.

m193 10-226 suggested a change to make it explicitly valid
m193 10-226r1/r2 made a U turn to make it explicitly invalid
m194's ballot (11-229) rejected 10-226r2 - suggesting that the original 
edit of 10-226.

I tried to find a new attempt to solve this issue, but I couldn't find 
anything for m195 (or m196). Are there plans to bring up the topic again?

PS: For what it is worth. I concur with the original 10-226: Namely that 
the current wording does not allow it - but that makes sense for 
consistency to allow it.
