(j3.2006) (SC22WG5.4498) impact on generic resolution rules by TYPE(*) or DIMENSION(..)

I thought we have put some wording in N1866 to cover the necessary changes 
in generic resolution to incorporate assumed-type and assumed-rank 
dummies.  I can't find anything in the TR mentioning that.  Does anyone 
know where to find the updated rules?
