I noticed Borland, Fujitsu, IBM, HP, Intel, Netscape, Sun and others
among the conspirators for version 4 of the standard.  The contributors
to the current revision have dwindled to Eiffel, Kahu, Microsoft, Novell
and Twin Roots.  The list is on page ix, which acroread identifies as
page 17.
