I started to suspect something like that when I saw C# popping up.  The 
CLI seems strongly slanted toward C#/C++ type languages.  (Though I 
admit to not reading all 571 pages!)   But more to the INCITS, issue, 
why is something like this an International Standard?  Can't Microsoft 
just publish their own manuals?
