I will remark that the formal C99 is available on the web site
in the members-only area (along with most of the rest of what
1539 cites, including parts 2 & 3).  Some other IS are in the INCITS
directory, including the date-and-time 8601 and an FCD for C++.

I intend to post a copy of C1x as soon as I get one.
INCITS is likely to be slow to respond during the holidays.
