I don't think so.  There is currently an ISO Ballot running for the 
PDTR.   It appears that the NEN vote on that ballot is "abstain".

My comments above were directed at the US Tag which writes up the US 
vote on the same Ballot (which ANSI then submits).  I'm recommending 
that the US votes Yes with comment, and we should include a comment on 
this issue.  And some others, probably.

The October meeting will discuss the comments received as part of the 
PDTR ballot.  The goal is to create a repaired TR that will become the 
DTR.  I would anticipate a quick WG5 informal ballot on the output of 
the meeting to give people a last chance at comments, and then polish up 
a final version that goes out for the DTR vote.
