I wrote the original I./O library used by Sun f90 and f95.
It produced the output I think should be produced.  Since
then, other people have been maintaining the I/O library.
They have made changes with which I disagree.

I was unaware of a third form of output from Sun or
Oracle's Fortran releases.  What was it?
