I don?t think I have a vote on this as it is a US matter, but I would recommend ?Stabilize?, because
(a) I have heard that there are some people using it;
(b) although I agree that on the face of it 1539-2 has outlived its usefulness, I would prefer to see the results of John?s forthcoming reimplementation of the module using F2003 features before stating categorically that that is the case;
(c) if as I expect John?s exercise plus subsequent WG5 analysis/discussion reveals some perhaps minor functionality that is lacking in the main standard, I would prefer to wait until we have at least a definitive plan to actually add that functionality with agreed specs syntax and edits (a more conservative approach would be to wait until we?ve actually done any desirable addition before withdrawal).
