	Is there another correction that needs to be made in your draft of N1874?  In
section 3.5 you write:

Further Interoperability of Fortran with C. Planning for the possibility of

	In the second and third sentences, you say, "TS".  Should this be "TR"?  If "TS"
is correct, what is a TS and how does it differ from a TR?
