(j3.2006) (SC22WG5.4512) Changes to N1866 to create N1869 (PDTR)

At this point, the action should be for the US tag to decide on a 
convention and make a comment to that effect in our Ballot.  The ballot 
comments will be considered at the October J3 meeting.
