Not an omission as such, but I would recommend putting a summary
with the total votes at the top.  Maybe by country too?

I quickly scanned the draft, and it looks to me like:
  Individual: 3-5-1
(if one counts nonvolting=abstentions, that number is much larger), and
  Country: 1-3.

Just a thought.
