Please ignore the old message that I just sent by accident.

I have been asked what the French comments were. I changed a footnote for the French vote to say:

A comment file that says "Abstention, because of lack of expertise" was submitted with this vote.

instead of pointing to the URL. When I get home (I am in Ottawa now for SC22), I will remove the unnecessary ULR before putting the document on the WG5 site. 

I have also been asked when the new standard will be published. I was reading the new directives on the plane over and one of the things they say is that they shall be published within 2 months of an affirmative vote. So we can expect publication in November.
