Mr. Van Snyder received the required level of support (majority) to secure appointment as International Representative of INCITS/PL22.3, Programming Language Fortan.  His fourth term begins on November 1, 2010 and will expire in November 2013.
> As required by INCITS procedures, an appointed INCITS Subgroup officer must attend INCITS Subgroup Officer Training within one year of their appointment.
