(j3.2006) 193 meeting papers

I think the issue is actually the physical server.  Our current one was 
hosted by GMU courtesy of a professor who has since left the university. 
   In general, the access scheme has worked smoothly.  I'd rather avoid 
the Git/svn/Mercurial/Bitkeeper discussion.
