(j3.2006) site reconfigured

Hello,

The web site should now be reconfigured for 192.
Please check for blunders and advise if you find any.

Sorry for the delay, I'm extremely busy this term.
(I had a meeting last night I forgot until the last minute.)

The Host for 192 should please download the notice192.txt file,
correct it with the right dates and contact info, and
return it to me to post to the site.  Ask Van if you
have any questions about the hotel (Van has the contracts).

The agenda192.txt and paper192.txt should be correct.
