Hello,

If you are having issues getting your, or your firm's, payment
to INCITS, you may send an email to Lynn Barra explaining
that there may be a delay.  I believe lbarra at itic.org will work,
but there have been some issues with INCITS addresses
reported to me.  Please copy me on the email so I have a clue
what's happening.

You will likely need a PO number, but the PO itself need not
necessarily be sent now.  I think you basically just need a story.

I'm trying to resolve what our contingencies are
for various circumstances.  HTH
