My opinion (which does not count for anything formally, since this is a US 
position) is that CoCo is ineffective and should be withdrawn.  Any users of the 
free CoCo+ tool aren't going to be affected by withdrawal of the international 
standard anyway.

Since IIUC they won't ask for another 5 years, it seems a bit unnecessary to 
"stabilise" it for 5 years just to cover a few months when it won't be 
officially available.  Probably no-one would even notice until after F2008 comes 
out.
