Honestly, I think that you should try and persuade them against moving.
I will not be able to get a rate for any where near the great rate that
you are getting at Fairfield Inn.  The rates at SpringHill Suites will
be $109 - $129.

For the value, you can not beat Fairfield.  Not to mention, Stormi and
her staff will be really sad to see you leave.  They have done a great
job for you and really value your business.

Do you think we could keep them at Fairfield for 2010 and beyond?
