Not "wrong". The date was specifically changed for Makki. In general,
I agree that problems for the host country will drive the final dates.
Especially that we seem to be diverging from the pattern of holding
half of the WG5 meetings in Las Vegas. But if there is a regular week
that works for everyone, and the meetings are scheduled far enough in
advance, the host country issues would rarely enter. That was, in fact,
the whole point of the thread - Toon reserving a time with the Dutch
authorities for the 2013 meeting. Having a predictable schedule
simplifies planning for everyone and minimizes the chances of conflicts
with personal schedules, enabling the the largest participation.
