(j3.2006) IEEE and the GPU world

Hello John,
	I have a few comments.

	1.  This interpretation and the discussion preceding it never defined the term
"GPU".  Although "GPU" is a commonly used abbreviation in the computer industry, I believe
it would be helpful if the full phrase was used in the first line of the "QUESTION"
section of the interpretation.
	Recommendation:  Change "widespread appearance of GPUs" to "widespread appearance
of graphic processing units (GPUs)".

	2.  I believe that American English is the normative dialect that is used for
documents that are published externally, such as interpretations, although British English
has been used extensively for purely internal documents.
	Recommendation:  Change "enquiry" to "inquiry" in the "ANSWER" and "EDITS"
sections.  You may wish to proofread the entire document for any other occurrences of
British English.

	3.  You misspelled "compiled" in the second paragraph of your proposed NOTE 14.1a.
	Recommendation:  Change "compliled" to "compiled".  You may wish to proofread the
entire document for any other misspellings.
