(j3.2006) New standing document 10-007

I've downloaded both pdf and postscript versions.

As David mentioned the pdf is A4 and the postscript
Is letter.

I used GS View 4.9 to view the postscript
Version and it looks ok.

The pdf seems to be the easiest to work with as
The links work.

As usual Malcolm's done a very good job.

 From a quick look through the ps seems OK. It has 16:37 on the title  
page as against 16:28, otherwise no textual differences that I've  
noticed.  It might be my machine but it displays as Letter whereas  
the pdf is A4.  The bottom margin is noticeably smaller, but still  
adequate; also the ps version has no links.  You've done a very good  
job on the links.
