(j3.2006) New standing document 10-007

Hi folks,

The new standing document 10-007 is now available in the Edit subdirectory of 
the J3 member area.  It should have identical content to the DIS, but has line 
numbers and blue hyperlinks.  I checked a few pages of the PDF and they seemed 
ok.

It is available as pdf (10-007.pdf) and bzip2'ed PostScript (10-007.ps.bz2).  I 
don't have a PostScript reader so have not verified those contents at all.

Dan, can you put it on the web server please?  Thanks in advance.

The current subversion repository is also there, as F2008-220427.tbz.
