One of my friends has suggested that it would be useful to allow an
accessibility attribute on the ENUM statement, to specify the default
accessibility of the enumerators in that enumeration.

I told him it can't be done now, and probably can't be done between FCD
and FDIS either.

I think it's a reasonable idea for a future revision, howerver.
