Maybe, but the web page says Knolls Atomic Power Lab is "operated for
the Department of Energy by Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation."

So maybe INCITS would insist he's either DoE or Bechtel.

But, ... now that Los Alamos has refused to pay Craig's fee, we're
without a DoE guy anyway.
