(j3.2006) My vacation time-share in Kauai

Some of the attendees at the February J3 meeting expressed an interest
in using my vacation time-share condo in Kauai.

My wife tells me that while I wasn't paying attention the maintenance
fee has increased from just under $600 to just over $700, so she'd like
to get $750 for a week.
