Hi,

I just returned from WG23 #11.
We worked on the Annexes for Ada, C, and Fortran.

Some opinion was expressed in plenary that
our Annex B Decremental features is poorly named.
A suggestion was "Deprecated features".
This appears to be the terminology used by other standards.

I checked a dictionary, and this view seems reasonable.

This is hardly a technical change to the contents of f08.
Is it worth making the change now?
If so, I'll submit a paper for 189.
