Seems like a typo.  Should be CALL IEEE_SET_HALTING_MODE (FLAG, .true.)

In 09-007r3 at [420:38] I see CALL IEEE_SET_HALTING (FLAG).  But I'm not 
finding that routine described in Clause 14.  Is this a bug?
