Yes in both cases.  I think this is already covered because the 
definition of "coarray" at 2.4.7 p1 (page 37 in 09-0071) implies that a 
coarray component is a coarray.   Which brings back the question of why 
"or coarray subcomponent" is needed in 6.7.3.2 p12.
