(j3.2006) Tokyo meeting attendance

I was just notified by my group leader that there is no more money for  
Fortran work at LANL.  So I most likely will not be able to attend the  
Tokyo meeting and unless a proposal comes through from the DOE, I may  
not be able to attend any more J3 meetings either.
