Attached is the up-to-date J3 interpretations repository:

 *   39 under J3 consideration
 *   3 have passed a J3 meeting vote
 *   19 have passed a J3 letter ballot
 *   2 have passed a WG5 ballot

Dan - please add this to the m186 directory - thanks

John Reid - if you want a paper with just the interps that have passes a J3 ballot for use on a WG5 ballot, please let me know.  Thanks
