(j3.2006) (SC22WG5.3578) RE: N4343 Corrigendum 3

I assume everyone will be asking "how do the F2003 edits in Corrigendum
3 get into F2008?".  The J3 /interp committee {ie, Malcolm and I} have
that responsibility.  I will bring a paper forward at the next J3
meeting {August in sunny Las Vegas} to address these edits.

There is nothing automatic about this. We need to check that the
appropriate 
change is made to F08.

Dan and Stan, has interp. looked at this? If not, could it, please?
