In case it wasn't clear from my earlier message: I also think this is a better 
option.
If we could say that no finalization is performed in the example that Tobias 
gave, let's do that too (making illegal programs legal is allowed). But I 
think we can't do it because compilers are not required to have the 
capability to test for size mismatch among the actual and dummy. Right?
