Here is draft 4 of my summary of the new features. The main changes are

Abstract rewritten and material in section 1 on submodules and coarrays promoted 
to full sections.

3.4 (now 5.4) rewritten.

6.3 (now 8.3) expanded.

7.1 (now 9.1) corrected.

7.2 (now 9.2) corrected.

9.5 (now 11.5) corrected.
